MTS Systems Corporation (MTS) is a global supplier of test systems and position sensors. The Company�s operations are organized and managed in two business segments: the Test segment and the Sensors segment, based upon global similarities within their markets, products, operations and distribution. During the fiscal year ended September 29, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Test and Sensors segments represent approximately 80% and 20% of Company revenue, respectively.
