Description

Mattson Technology, Inc. (Mattson Technology) designs, manufactures, markets and supports semiconductor wafer processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits (ICs). The Company supplies plasma and rapid thermal processing equipment to the global semiconductor industry. The Company operates in four primary product sectors: dry strip, etch, conventional rapid thermal processing (RTP) and millisecond anneal (MSA). The Company's customer base includes memory, foundry and logic device manufacturers. The Company's dry strip product, Suprema strip system, utilizes a wafer handling architecture to deliver ownership for IC manufacturing. The Company's etch products include paradigmE and Alpine. The Company's RTP product Helios XP, serves the DRAM, NAND and foundry customers. Millios, which includes arc lamp technology, offers advanced gate anneal and activation process requirements at the 20 nanometer technology node and beyond.
