On February 24, 2011, the Company�s subsidiary, Beijing Ninetowns Ports Software and Technology Co., Ltd. acquired 70% interests in Dalian Aviation Changzheng Technology Development Co., Ltd. On March 10, 2011, the Company disposed of Shanghai Tootoo Eco-agriculture Co., Ltd.
