LiveWire Mobile, Inc. is a provider of managed personalization services for mobile operators and mobile subscribers. The Company’s integrated managed service offerings, which includes ringback tones, ringtones, full track downloads, and other applications, as well as, dedicated content and service marketing, integrated storefront management and merchandising. It sells these offerings as a managed service to mobile operators who then offer these services to their subscribers as a la carte purchases and through monthly subscriptions. On March 17, 2008, the Company acquired Groove Mobile, Inc. On December 5, 2008, LiveWire Mobile, Inc. sold its NMS Communications Platforms business to Dialogic Corporation.
