National Technical Systems, Inc. (NTS) is a diversified business to business services organization that supplies technical services to the defense, aerospace, telecommunications, automotive, energy and high technology markets. The Company operates facilities throughout the United States and in Japan, Vietnam and Germany, providing technical personnel for engineering services, product certification, product safety testing and product evaluation. In addition, it performs supply chain management (SCM), and management registration and certification services to International Standards Organization (ISO) related standards. The defense and aerospace markets combined accounted for approximately 65% of the Company�s revenues for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012). NTS provides management and consulting services to NQA, Inc.. On April 17, 2012, the Company acquired the interests of the Garwood Laboratories, Inc. In June 2012, the Company acquired Garwood Laboratories Inc.
