Description

Northwest Pipe Company is a manufacturer of large-diameter, high-pressure steel pipeline systems for use in waters infrastructure applications, primarily related to drinking water systems, and the Company also manufactures other welded steel pipe products for uses in a range of applications, including energy, construction, agriculture, and industrial uses. The Company operates in two segments: Water Transmission segment and Tubular Products segment. The Company's pipeline systems are also used for hydroelectric power systems, wastewater systems and other applications. In addition, the Company makes products for industrial plants piping systems and certain structural applications. The Company manufactures water infrastructure products through its Water Transmission Group. The Company also manufactures a range of small-diameter, electric resistance welded (ERW) steel pipe and other welded steel pipe products through its Tubular Products Group.
