Description

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Old Dominion), incorporated on March 22, 1999, is a less-than-truckload (LTL) motor carrier providing regional, inter-regional and national LTL service and logistics services. In addition to its LTL services, the Company offers its customers a range of logistics services, including ground and air expedited transportation, container delivery, truckload brokerage, supply chain consulting, warehousing and consumer household pickup and delivery services. Through marketing and carrier relationships, Old Dominion also offers door-to-door international freight services to and from all of North America, Central America, South America and the Far East As of December 31, 2012, the Company operated 218 service centers, of which 150 were owned and 68 were leased. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned 6,099 tractors.
