Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte SAB de CV (OMA) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the management, operation and development of airport facilities. Company comprises 13 airports, which are located in the metropolitan areas of Acapulco, Ciudad Juarez, Culiacan, Chihuahua, Durango, Mazatlan, Monterrey, Reynosa, San Luis Potosi, Tampico, Torreon, Zacatecas and Zihuatanejo. In addition, the Company is active in the provision of cargo handling, storage, and logistics services. Together with the Spanish hotel operator NH Hoteles SA, the Company also operates a five-star hotel and approximately 5,000 square meters of commercial space inside Terminal 2 at Mexico City International Airport (AICM). As of December 31, 2011, Aeroinvest SA de CV was the Company�s major shareholder.
