Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc. is engaged in archaeologically sensitive exploration and recovery of deep-ocean shipwrecks worldwide. The Company employs technology, including side-scan sonar, magnetometers, remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), and other advanced equipment that enables the Company to locate shipwrecks and natural resource sites at depths. It�s wholly owned subsidiaries include Odyssey Marine, Inc., Odyssey Marine Services, Inc., OVH, Inc., Odyssey Retriever, Inc. and Odyssey Marine Entertainment, Inc. During the year ended December 31, 2011, it was engaged by Neptune Minerals, Inc. (NMI) and its affiliates to perform marine services relating to deep-sea mining on two separate charter agreements.
