Ossen Innovation Co., Ltd. (Ossen), formerly Ultra Glory International Ltd., is a holding company. The Company manufactures and sells a range of plain surface prestressed steel materials and rare earth coated and zinc coated prestressed steel materials. The Company�s materials are used in the construction of bridges, highways and other infrastructure projects in the People�s Republic of China and internationally. Its facilities are located in Maanshan City, Anhui Province and in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, in the People�s Republic of China. Its prestressed steel materials are categorized as plain surface products and coated products. On July 7, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Ossen Innovation Materials Group Co., Ltd. On July 7, 2010, the Company entered into a share exchange agreement with Ossen Innovation Group. Pursuant to the agreement, it acquired Ossen Innovation Group.
