It operates in two segments: manufacturing and distribution. In March 2012, it completed the acquisition of Decor Manufacturing, LLC. In July 2012, it acquired the business and certain assets of Elkhart. In September 2012, it acquired the business and certain assets of Creative Wood Designs, Inc. In October 2012, it acquired Middlebury Hardwood Products, Inc.
