The Company operates 33 branches that serve the Hudson Valley region, including 32 branches located in Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York, and one branch in Bergen County, New Jersey that operates under the name Towncenter Bank, a division of Provident Bank, New York. The Bank also offers deposit services to municipalities located in the State of New York through Provident Bank’s wholly owned subsidiary, Provident Municipal Bank. Provident Bank offers a line of commercial, community business and retail banking products and services.
