Description
PowerSecure International, Inc. is a provider of products and services to electric utilities and to their commercial, institutional and industrial customers. The Company conducts its core operations through its Utility and Energy Technologies segment, which is the only segment that the Company. The Company's Utility and Energy Technologies segment consists of its three primary product and service areas: Interactive Distributed Generation products and services, Utility Infrastructure products and services and Energy Efficiency products. Utility and Energy Technologies segment is operated through the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, PowerSecure, Inc. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company completed the sales of its remaining non-core business operations.
