Description

Primoris Services Corporation is a holding company. The Company through its subsidiaries provides a range of construction, fabrication, maintenance, replacement, water and wastewater, and engineering services to public utilities, petrochemical companies, energy companies, municipalities and state departments of transportation. The Company installs, replaces, repairs and rehabilitates natural gas, refined product, water and wastewater pipeline systems, large diameter gas and liquid pipeline facilities, heavy civil projects, earthwork and site development and also construct mechanical facilities and other structures. In addition, the Company provides maintenance services, including inspection, overhaul and emergency repair services, to cogeneration plants, refineries and similar mechanical facilities. The Company conducts the business into three segments: the East Construction Services segment, the West Construction Services segment and the Engineering segment.
