Description

Premier Exhibitions, Inc. and its subsidiaries are engaged in the business of presenting to the public museum-quality touring exhibitions around the world. The Company develops, deploys and operates exhibition products that are presented to the public in exhibition centers, museums and non-traditional venues. It generates income from exhibitions primarily through ticket sales, third-party licensing, sponsorships and merchandise sales. The Company has two operating segments: Exhibition Operations and Content Management. Premier Exhibition Management LLC (PEM) manages all of the Company’s exhibition operations (exhibition division). This includes the operation and management of the Bodies, Titanic, Pirates and Pompeii exhibitions. The content division is the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, R.M.S. Titanic, Inc. (RMST), which holds all of the Company’s rights with respect to the Titanic assets and is the salvor-in-possession of the Titanic wreck site.
