Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. operate and franchise pizza buffet, delivery/carry-out and express restaurants domestically and internationally under the trademark Pizza Inn and operate domestic fast casual restaurants under the trademarks Pie Five Pizza Company (Pie Five). The Company provides or facilitates food, equipment and supply distribution to its domestic and international system of restaurants through its Norco Restaurant Services Company (Norco) division and through agreements with third party distributors. On September 25, 2011, the Company completed a corporate reorganization creating a holding company structure, and as a result of the reorganization, the parent company, Pizza Inn, Inc., became the wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company, Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc.
