Its segments includes North America and International. Celebrity Fragrances include the fragrance brands of Britney Spears, Elizabeth Taylor, Taylor Swift and Usher. Lifestyle Fragrances include Curve, Giorgio Beverly Hills, PS Fine Cologne and White Shoulders. In May 2012, it acquired the global licenses and certain related assets for the Ed Hardy, True Religion and BCBGMAXAZRIA fragrance brands. In June 2012, it acquired the global licenses and certain related assets for the Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj fragrance.
