In May 2012, the Company acquired the global licenses and certain related assets for the Ed Hardy, True Religion and BCBGMAXAZRIA fragrance brands. In June 2012, the Company acquired the global licenses and certain related assets for the Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj fragrance brands.
