Reading International, Inc. (RDI) is focused on the development, ownership and operation of entertainment and real property assets in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. RDI operates through two segments: cinema exhibition and real estate. The Company's cinema exhibition segment includes the operations of its consolidated cinemas. The Company's real estate segment includes the operating results of its commercial real estate holdings, cinema real estate, live theater real estate and entertainment themed retail centers (ETRCs). As of December 31, 2014, the Company operated 58 cinemas across the world. The Company manages its cinema exhibition businesses around the world under various brands: in the United States, under the Reading Cinemas, Angelika Film Centers, Consolidated Theatres and City Cinemas brands; in Australia, under the Reading Cinemas brand, and in New Zealand, under the Reading Cinemas and Rialto brands.
