Rush Enterprises, Inc. (Rush) is an integrated retailer of commercial vehicles and related services. The Truck Segment operates a regional network of commercial vehicle dealerships under the name Rush Truck Centers. Rush Truck Centers sells commercial vehicles manufactured by Peterbilt, International, Hino, UD, Ford, Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuso, IC Bus or Blue Bird. Through its network of Rush Truck Centers, it provides one-stop service for the needs of its commercial vehicle customers, including retail sales of new and used commercial vehicles, aftermarket parts sales, leasing and rental, and insurance products. In January 2013, Rush�s subsidiaries acquired certain assets of MVI Group, which operates commercial truck and bus dealerships in Ohio under the names of Miami Valley International, Center City International, CCI North Coast and Buckeye Truck Centers. In May 2013, the Company�s subsidiaries had acquired certain assets of Piedmont International Trucks.
