Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida is a bank holding company that operates through its principal subsidiary, Seacoast National Bank (Seacoast National). The Company and its subsidiaries offer an array of deposit accounts and retail banking services, engage in consumer and commercial lending, and provide a range of trust and asset management services, as well as securities and annuity products. As of December 31, 2013, Seacoast National had had 34 banking offices in 12 counties in Florida. As of December 31, 2013, the Company had 21 branches in the Treasure Coast of Florida, including the counties of Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River on Florida’s southeastern coast. As of December 31, 2013, the Bank had total deposits of $1,806.0 million.
