Description

Superconductor Technologies Inc. (STI) is engaged in developing and commercializing high temperature superconductor (HTS) materials and related technologies. The Company provides solutions for wireless infrastructure in the telecommunications industry. The Companys commercial product offerings are divided into three areas: SuperLink (high-temperature superconducting filters), AmpLink (high performance, ground-mounted amplifiers) and SuperPlex (high performance multiplexers). In addition, the Company has strategic initiatives for an HTS wire platform, RF filters and cryocoolers. Its revenue comes from the design, manufacture, and sale of high performance infrastructure products for wireless communication applications. SuperLink is a compact and reliable receiver front-end HTS wireless filter system to eliminate out-of-band interference for wireless base stations, combining filters with a cryogenic cooler and a cooled low-noise amplifier.
