SGOCO engages in the design and distribution of liquefied crystal display (LCD) consumer products, including LCD personal computer (PC) monitors, LCD TV and application-specific products. The Company sells its products via multiple channels, including computer stores, distributors and specialty retailers. It sells its products from six primary branded product lines: SGOCO, POVIZON, No.10, Edge 10, TCL and Founder. In November 2011, the Company sold its subsidiary Honesty Group Holdings Ltd. to Apex Flourish Group Limited.
