SGOCO Group, Ltd. (SGOCO) is a holding company. The Company designs and distributes liquid crystal display (LCD) consumer products, including LCD personal computer (PC) monitors, LCD televisions (TVs), light emitting diode (LED) back-light modules and application-specific LCD systems. As of December 31, 2011, SGOCO�s primary business operations were conducted through SGOCO International (HK) Limited (SGOCO International) and its wholly owned subsidiary, SGOCO (Fujian) Electronic Co., Ltd. (SGOCO (Fujian)). The Company�s brands include SGOCO, POVIZON, No. 10, TCL and Founder. On March 14, 2011, SGOCO International purchased 100% interest of SGO Corporation (SGO). On November 15, 2011, the Company sold Honesty Group Holdings Limited. On December 26, 2011, SGOCO International established a wholly owned subsidiary Beijing SGOCO Image Technology Co. Ltd. On July 28, 2011, SGOCO International established SGOCO (Fujian).
