Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (Seanergy) is an international provider of dry bulk marine transportation services. The Company provides worldwide seaborne transportation of dry bulk commodities. As of December 31, 2011, it owned and operated a total fleet of 20 dry bulk carrier vessels, consisting of four Capesize, three Panamax, two Supramax, one Handymax and 10 Handysize vessels. On June 12, 2012, the Company sold the BET Scouter. In July 2012, it announced the sale of the BET Fighter, a 173,149 dead-weight tonnage Capesize drybulk vessel. In October 2012, it sold Clipper Grace, 30,548 dwt Handysize drybulk vessel. In October 2012, the Company sold BET Intruder. In December 2012, it sold the Clipper Glory, a Handysize drybulk vessel. In January 2013, it sold 100% ownership interest in Bulk Energy Transport (Holdings) Limited. In January 2013, its subsidiary, Maritime Capital Shipping Limited, sold its 100% ownership interest in four subsidiaries.
