The Company provides shipping agency services in the People�s Republic of China (PRC) through its affiliate, Sino-Global Shipping Agency Ltd. (Sino-China). Through these offices, it is able to coordinate its clients� shipping needs, including preparing documents, husbanding vessels, working through customs issues, coordinating matters with port authorities, overseeing and settling cargo claims, tracking shipments, recommending trucking, warehousing and complementary services. In September 2014, the Company announced the acquisition of Longhe Ship Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
