Somerset Hills Bancorp serves as the holding company for Somerset Hills Bank (the Bank), a commercial bank. The Bank operates a licensed mortgage company subsidiary, Sullivan Financial Services, Inc. (Sullivan). The Bank’s deposits are insured by the Deposit Insurance Fund of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation up to applicable limits. The Bank operates in two segments: retail banking and mortgage banking. The Bank offers services, including personal and business checking accounts and time deposits, money market accounts and regular savings accounts. The service area of the Bank primarily consists of Somerset, Morris and Union Counties, New Jersey, although it makes loans throughout New Jersey. Its mortgage company subsidiary originates loans primarily throughout New Jersey, and to a lesser degree, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.
