STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION (STRATTEC) is a producer of automotive locks and keys. The Company designs, develops, manufactures and markets automotive access control products, including mechanical locks and keys, electronically enhanced locks and keys, ignition lock housings, latches, power sliding doors systems, power life gate systems, power deck lid systems, door handles and other access control related products for North American automotive customers. The Company also supplies global automotive manufacturers through the VAST Alliance, in which the Company participates with WITTE Automotive of Velbert, Germany and ADAC Automotive of Grand Rapids, Michigan. STRATTEC ships products to customer locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, Korea and China, and provides full service aftermarket support. STRATTEC also supplies products for the heavy truck and recreational vehicle markets, as well as precision die castings.
