Summer Infant, Inc. is a designer, marketer, and distributor of juvenile health, safety and wellness products, which are sold to North American and the United Kingdom retailers. It markets products in various product categories including nursery audio/video monitors, safety gates, durable bath products, bed rails, nursery products, booster and potty seats, bouncers, travel accessories, high chairs, swings, feeding products, car seats, and nursery furniture. The products of the Company are sold to the United States retailers, including Babies R Us, Target, KMart, Wal-Mart, Buy Buy Baby and Amazon.com. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company include Summer Infant (USA), Inc., Summer Infant Europe, Limited (SIE), Summer Infant Canada, Ltd. (SIC) and Summer Infant Asia, Ltd. (SIA). On March 24, 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of BornFree Holdings Ltd. On March 24, 2011, the Company acquired Born Free Holdings Ltd.
