TESSCO Technologies Incorporated (TESSCO) architects and delivers the product and value chain solutions to organizations responsible for building, operating and maintaining wireless broadband systems. The Company�s has two segments: commercial and retail. The commercial segment includes public carriers, private system operators and commercial dealers. In its retail segment, its customers consist of tier one, two and three carriers and independent agents. Tesco offers products categories, such as base station infrastructure, network systems, installation, test and maintenance products and mobile devices and accessories, , which accounted for approximately 27%, 10%, 6%, and 57% of fiscal year ended April, 1, 2012 (fiscal 2012) revenues, respectively. The Company has operations in Hunt Valley, Maryland, Reno, Nevada and San Antonio, Texas. As of April 1, 2012, 98% of the Company�s sales were made to customers in the United States.
