Titan Machinery Inc. owns and operates a network of service agricultural and construction equipment stores in the United States and Europe. The Company operates in three segments: Agriculture, Construction and International. Within each segment, the Company has four principal sources of business activities, which include new and used equipment sales, parts sales, repair and maintenance service, and equipment rental and other business activities. The agricultural equipment it sells and service includes machinery and attachments for uses ranging from large-scale farming to home and garden purposes. The construction equipment it sells and service includes heavy construction and light industrial machinery for commercial and residential construction, road and highway construction, and mining operations. The international segment sells, services, and rents machinery, and related parts and attachments, for uses ranging from large-scale farming and construction to home and garden.
