(TeleTech) is a global provider of onshore, offshore and work-from-home business process outsourcing (BPO) services focusing on customer management and enterprise management solutions. The Company provides around the clock integrated global solution that spans people, process, technology and infrastructure for governments and private sector clients in the automotive, broadband, cable, financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, retail, technology, travel, wireline and wireless communication industries. As of December 31, 2008, the Company provided services from nearly 40,000 workstations across 83 delivery centers in 17 countries. TeleTech Holdings, Inc. has approximately 100 global clients. The Company performs a variety of BPO services for its clients and support approximately 250 BPO programs.
