The Company�s merchandise primarily consists of home decor, furniture, bed and bath, kitchen, electrics, luggage, toys, crafts, pets, and seasonal goods. The Company focuses on merchandise, including cookware, kitchen appliances, linens, accessories, luggage, tabletop, crystal, and fans. The Company provides outlet for manufacturers and other sources looking for ways to reduce excess inventory resulting from order cancellations by retailers, manufacturing overruns, bankruptcies and excess capacity. The Company utilizes a mix of both domestic and international suppliers.
