Description
United Natural Foods, Inc. is a distributor of natural, organic and specialty foods and non-food products in the United States and Canada. It carries more than 60,000 natural, organic and specialty products, consisting of national, regional and private label brands in six product categories: grocery and general merchandise, produce, perishables and frozen foods, nutritional supplements and sports nutrition, bulk and foodservice products and personal care items. The Company�s operations consist of three operating divisions: wholesale division, which includes its natural, organic and specialty distribution business in the United States; UNFI Canada, which is its natural, organic and specialty business in Canada; Albert's Organics, Inc. (Albert's), and Select Nutrition; retail division, consisting of EOM, which operates its 12 natural products retail stores within the United States, and its manufacturing division, consisting of Woodstock Farms Manufacturing.
