The Company�s network of 65 distribution centers allows it to ship products to over 25,000 reseller customers. USI stocks approximately 100,000 products in these categories include technology products, traditional office products, janitorial and breakroom supplies, office furniture and industrial supplies. USI offers private brand products within each of its product categories. These include Innovera technology products, Universal office products, Windsoft paper products, UniSan janitorial and sanitation products, Alera office furniture and Anchor Brand in the welding, industrial, safety and oil field pipeline categories. In November 2012, the Company purchased 100% of O.K.I. Supply (OKI).
