The Company solutions provide a variety of performance-based analytics. The Company�s solutions are generally offered on a subscription basis, although its search marketing and news distribution services are also offered on a per-transaction basis. On February 24, 2012, the Company acquired iContact Corporation (iContact). On February 24, 2011, Vocus acquired North Venture Partners, LLC (North Social).
