Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (Vertex) is a global biotechnology company. The Company is engaged in the business of discovering, developing, manufacturing and commercializing small molecule drugs. The Company uses precision medicine approaches to create transformative drugs for patients with serious diseases in specialty markets.
