VSE Corporation (VSE) serves as a centralized management and consolidating entity for its business operations. The Company�s business operations are managed under groups that perform its services. The Company�s Federal Group consists of its Communications and Engineering Division (CED), Engineering and Logistics Division (ELD), Field Support Services Division (FSS) and Systems Engineering Division (SED). Its International Group consists of its GLOBAL Division (GLOBAL) and Fleet Maintenance Division (FMD). Its information technology (IT), Energy and Management Consulting Group consists of its wholly owned subsidiaries Energetics Incorporated (Energetics), G&B Solutions, Inc. (G&B) and Akimeka, LLC (Akimeka). Its Infrastructure Group consists of its wholly owned subsidiary, Integrated Concepts and Research Corporation (ICRC). Its Supply Chain Management Group operations are conducted by its wholly owned subsidiary Wheeler Bros., Inc. (WBI). On June 6, 2011, the Company acquired WBI.
