WACOAL HOLDINGS CORP. is a designer, manufacturer and marketer in Japan of women�s intimate apparel, garments and lingerie. The Company also designs, manufactures and sells women's shapewear, nightwear, outerwear, sportswear, hosiery and other apparel and textile products, runs other business related to Food, culture and services, and interior furnishing service. The Company operates in four segments: Wacoal Business (Domestic), Wacoal Business (Overseas), Peach John Business and Others. As of March 31, 2012 the Company had a total of 155 retail stores, including 18 outlet stores. On April 10, 2012, the Company fully acquired Eveden Group Limited.
