Description

Westell Technologies, Inc. provides site management, in-building wireless, cell site optimization, and outside plant solutions. The Company products and solutions the Company offers enable telecommunication service providers, cell tower operators, and other network operators to reduce operating costs and improve network performance. The Company designs, develops, assembles and markets a wide variety of products and solutions. The Company operates in two segments: three segments - Westell, Kentrox, and CSI. The Westell segment consisted of all product offerings under its cell site optimization and outside plant network solutions, as well as its internally-developed passive Distributed Antenna System (DAS) interface panels. The Kentrox segment consisted of its intelligent site management solutions. The CSI segment included its in-building wireless solutions.
