Description

Westway Group, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiaries, is a provider of bulk liquid storage and related services, and a manufacturer and distributor of liquid animal feed supplements. The Company operates its business in two segments: bulk liquid storage business and liquid feed supplements. Its bulk liquid storage business is a global business with locations at key port and terminal sites throughout North America and in Western Europe and Asia. The Company�s infrastructure includes a network of 25 terminals offering storage to manufacturers and consumers of agricultural and industrial liquids. Its liquid feed supplements business produces liquid animal feed supplements that are sold directly to end users, the ranchers, and feed manufacturers, primarily supplying the beef and dairy livestock industries. As of December 31, 2010, it operated a network of 61 operating facilities providing approximately 352 million gallons of total bulk liquid storage capacity.
