ZaZa Energy Corporation, formerly Toreador Resources Corporation, is engaged in the development of two resource basins located in Texas, United States and Paris, France. The Company�s portfolio consisting of three areas: the Eagle Ford core and the Eagle Ford/Woodbine resource plays in Texas, and the Paris Basin in France, with a total of approximately 435,000 net acres. As of February 27, 2011, its Eagle Ford/Eaglebine included 200,000 gross/83,000 net acres, three rigs, 33 operating wells, 28 completed wells. Its Paris Basin includes 340,000 net acres. On February 21, 2012, Toreador Resources Corporation (Toreador) and ZaZa Energy, LLC (ZaZa) merged and became wholly owned subsidiary of ZaZa Energy Corporation.
