Natraceutical SA is a Spain-based holding company primarily engaged in the production of nutritional supplements, as well as in the research and development of functional and biotechnological ingredients for the foodstuffs, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Its products are structured in two divisions: Nutritional Supplements Division, which develops and distributes food supplements in capsules, tablets and vials under the Forte Pharma brand, and Ingredients Division, through its stake in the French entity Naturex SA, which manufactures such products as natural colorants, yeasts, sweeteners, natural flavor promoters, fruit and vegetable powders. In addition, it is a parent of Grupo Natraceutical, a group which comprises a number of controlled entities with operations established worldwide. As of December 31, 2011, Natra SA was the Company�s major shareholder with 46.86% of its interest.
