Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. is engaged in developing, discovering and commercializing drugs for the treatment of neurological and endocrine-related diseases and disorders. The products of the Company in the clinical development include Elagolix, CRF1 Antagonist (561679), CRF2 Peptide Agonist (urocortin 2) and CRF1 Antagonist (586529). The research programs of the Company include Vesicular Monoamine Transporter 2 Inhibitor (VMAT2), Glucose Dependent Insulin Secretagogues and GnRH Antagonists. The other products of the Company include Indiplon five milligram and 10 milligram capsules, and Indiplon 15 milligram tablets.
