N.C. Housing Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in property development. It acquires, develops, and resells land, complete with residences.The Company's projects are comprised of single-detached houses, semi-detached houses and townhouses under the brand Bann Fah. It offers both ready-built houses and custom-built houses. N.C. Housing has three subsidiaries, including N.C. Property Management Co., Ltd. and Quality Living Management Co., Ltd., which provide property management services, and N.C. Estate Co., Ltd., which is engaged in small residential housing project development. As of December 31, 2008, the Company and its subsidiaries operated 33 projects throughout Bangkok, Chonburi and Khon Kaen.
