NeoMagic�s product portfolio includes semiconductor solutions known as Applications Processors. Its Applications Processors are sold under the MiMagic brand name with a focus on enabling high-performance processor within a low power consumption environment. During the fiscal year ended January 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company began development of the Horizon Digital Picture Frame kit using its MiMagic 6+ product line.
