Kingfisher Airlines Ltd is engaged in rendering scheduled and unscheduled aircraft passenger and cargo services, including charter services. The Company offers domestic air transportation within India and international air transportation outside India. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company carried more than 10.5 million passengers across both domestic and international sectors. In fiscal 2012, the Company operated over 110,000 flights and maintained connectivity to various destinations in the country, including under-serviced stations, such as Dharamsala, Shimla, Kulu, Hubli and Kandla. In fiscal 2012, the Company had not carried any business.
