Pritish Nandy Communications Limited (PNC) is an India-based entertainment company. The Company is engaged in the production/ making of cinematic and television content. The Company operates in two segments: content and wellness. PNC has presence in all areas of the content business. The Company has worked on movies, such as movies are Ankahee, Bollywood Calling, Chameli, Meerabai Not Out, Kaante, and Just Married. Moksh, the wellness place at Breach Candy, a wholly owned PNC subsidiary, expanded with launch of Moksh Zip, its wellness facility located at Warden Road and operations began in October 2011. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had two subsidiaries: PNC Productions Ltd and PNC Wellness Ltd.
