Royal Orchid Hotels Limited is engaged in the operation of hotels and allied services. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had 21 hotels situated across 14 cities in India (five in Bengaluru , two in Mysore, one in Hospet, one in Shimoga, two in Pune, two in Jaipur, one in Goa, one in Ahmedabad, one in Navi Mumbai, one in Mussoorie, one in Vadodara, one in Gurgaon, one in New Delhi and onein Mahabaleshwar. Regenta MPG Club, Mahabaleshwar, with 32 guest rooms, commenced its operations in May 2012. Regenta Hotel & Convention Centre, New Delhi, with 48 guest rooms, commenced its operations in December 2011. Central Blue Stone, Gurgaon, with 46 rooms commenced its operations in November, 2011. Hotel Royal Orchid Central, Vadodara, with 81 guest rooms, commenced its operations in May, 2011. In August 2012, the Company opened a Five Star Business Hotel, Regenta One. In October 2012, the Company acquired Cosmos Premises Private Ltd.
