The Compnay’s primary source of revenue is its Buzztime iTV Network, which focuses on the distribution of its interactive promotional television game network programming, primarily to hospitality venues such as restaurants and bars. Additionally, it distributes its game content and technology through other third-party consumer platforms, including online and in retail games and books. The Company operates through two operating divisions: Entertainment and Hospitality.
